Cancellation Policy

Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  Failure to do so will result in a $20 charge for every 30 minutes booked that must be paid before being able to rebook.

No-Show Policy

If you do not show up to your appointment and you haven't canceled, 50% of the scheduled service must be paid before being able to schedule again.  If you don't show up for your appointment a second time you will no longer be able to pre-book appointments and they can only be scheduled day-of in the future.

Running Late?

I know, sometimes things happen that are out of our control.  However, if you are more than 10 minutes late we may have to reschedule your appointment or I might not be able to do all of the services that are scheduled.

Redo Policy

Refunds are not provided for any services.  If there is something that needs to be tweaked or slightly adjusted, please let me know within 7 days.  Any corrections that revise the original look will be at an additional cost up to a full-service charge.

Return Policy

Unused retail exchanges for full credit will be accepted 60 days from your initial purchase.
